Repair bookings can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Your appointment is confirmed once booked.
All devices require diagnosis before repair. We provide a free assessment and quote before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair.
Our Express Service guarantees same/next day repairs and requires a £20 deposit to:
The deposit is deducted from your final repair cost. Standard bookings (for common repairs with parts in stock) require no deposit.
Express Service deposits are non-refundable if you miss your appointment without 24 hours notice. For standard appointments, please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
All repair estimates are provided after device assessment. Final costs may vary based on the actual condition of your device and parts required.

Full payment is due upon completion of repairs unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. After this period, storage charges may apply.

All disposal procedures follow appropriate legal requirements. We retain records of disposal for legal compliance purposes.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of making it, provided work has not commenced.

We will assess your device condition before repair. Any pre-existing damage will be documented and may affect repair options or warranty coverage.
Some repairs carry inherent risks of accidental damage. We will inform you of these risks before proceeding. By authorizing repair, you accept these risks.
Minor cosmetic variations may occur during repair (scratches, color matching). These do not affect functionality and are not covered under warranty.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once assessment has begun, even if you choose not to proceed with repair.

Devices advertised as waterproof may lose this protection after repair due to:

You are responsible for secure packaging and insurance for devices sent to us. We recommend tracked, insured shipping.
Return shipping costs are included in repair charges over £50. For repairs under £50, return shipping charges apply.
We use high-quality replacement parts, which may be original, compatible, or refurbished depending on availability and cost considerations.
Replacement parts are covered under our repair warranty. Original removed parts become our property unless specifically requested for return.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
